Excellent location. Short walk to BTS station, about 3 minutes. 7-Eleven shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Delicious mango sticky rice from well-known Mae Varee is just around the corner. Easy to set location for Grab transportation pick-off and drop-off. Able to order food (e.g. Phed Mark) to be delivered to hotel and collected at entrance of lobby. Friendly staff. Clean room and toilet. Air conditioner was cold and adjustable. Water pressure for shower was good. Celebrated Chinese New Year with firecrackers and lion dance organised by hotel, together with Hotel Nikko.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at JAL City. We got upgraded to their Suite room and it was wonderful. Beds are firm and supportive. Pillows are firm, which we requested. There's a dressing table for my wife. Big bathtub + separate shower area. Our kids Twin room was lovely too with a bath tub which they enjoyed after a long day of shopping + sightseeing. Prices were reasonable for the room size + facilities. Location was good & Thong Lo BTS is less than 5mins walk. Nikko Hotel is just across the private shared driveway and its facilities can be utilised by us. Massage shops are everywhere around our location.

Excellent hotel which is relatively new, rooms are spacious and the location is great: 2min walk away from BTS Thonglor (walk through Hotel Nikko Bangkok, there is a sheltered walkway from their back entrance all the way to the BTS). Lots of food options, 7-11 and 24hr supermarket nearby too.

The building felt a bit dated when I stayed in 2022, but they replaced the entire A/C unit and moved it to the central location so it's not hot and cold like before. Bidets in the washroom is that's something you need. TV has HBO and other channels that you would actually watch. Better presentation overall with the new branding.

The hotel looks jaded on the outside but newly renovated on the inside. Room was big, bright and pretty sound-proof. Front desk staff were very pleasant and patient. I was served by Ms Opal, she's friendly and full of smile. Breakfast spread was adequate and delicious. Dining area is clean and spacious.

Extremely helpful staff. I requested a booking at a restaurant as the only possibility was to book over the phone and I wanted to have dinner on the first night when I arrived in Bangkok. The staff made sure that the booking was made *they called the restaurant to double/check as I was checking in. They also helped me with taxi. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable.

I stayed here 3 years ago and really enjoyed the stay and familiarized with the Thong Lor area which I love so decided to give it a go ahead so I can hit the ground running. The location is tremendous especially if you don't want to live so close to the busier area up Sukhumvit. Thong Lor neighborhood and adjacent Ekkamai are heavily Japanese influenced so you get a bit of a mixed cultural vibe with limitless options for good eats and drinks in particular the most famous mango sticky rice spot in the city. The hotel is very close to Sukhumvit Road so it's only 5 min walking distance to the Thong Lo BTS station and with that you have quick metro access to all the mega malls like Centralworld, Siam Paragon, EmQuartier, Terminal 21 along the road. Breakfast buffet is ok...it was better 3 years ago
